What is a Word Wall?
Our word wall consists of words that First Graders frequently see when reading and use when writing.  Each week words are added to assist students with spelling and sight word recognition skills. Many words help children spell words that rhyme with other words (at, hat, cat, that, etc.), while others do not follow phonetic spelling patterns. 

 Word Wall Words are used daily in our reading and writing and are added through out the week.
